One of our ambitions is customer satisfaction. To do this, we must deliver parts that meet expectations in terms of quality, delivery time and service. 

In 2020, we initiated a Zero-Defect approach which is based on a rigorous quality organization – IATF certified – and our Devillé eXcellence System, itself based on Lean tools. Our employees are trained, our processes are controlled and maintained in order to guarantee the conformity of the product manufactured in a long-term manner.

Devillé is inherently committed to CSR: its original activity of producing safety parts contributes to saving lives. Our CSR approach is evaluated annually by the Ecovadis organization, awarded a gold medal in 2023. This assessment illustrates the momentum driving the Group and its employees.
